End User License Agreement — Hagberg Financial QuickBooks Integration

Effective Date: March 25, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Hagberg Financial QuickBooks integration ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Internal Use Only. This Application is a private, internal tool operated exclusively by Hagberg Financial for business bookkeeping purposes. It is not available to the general public.

2. Data Access. The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data solely to perform bookkeeping services on behalf of Hagberg Financial and its authorized clients. Data is not stored persistently, sold, or shared with third parties.

3. Security. All data transmitted between this Application and QuickBooks Online is encrypted via HTTPS. Access is restricted to authorized Hagberg Financial personnel only.

4. Limitation of Liability. This Application is provided as-is. Hagberg Financial is not liable for any interruption of service or data errors arising from third-party API changes.
